Welcome to my personal page! As a creative individual with a lifelong passion for art and design, I've always been drawn to the expressive and adaptive nature of all art forms. I believe that art is not only a form of expression, but also an opportunity to learn about new perspectives and open oneself to new experiences.
My adaptable nature enables me to thrive in spontaneous and sometimes chaotic moments, which I view as opportunities to freely think, discover, and create new ideas. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Apparel and Textile Marketing from Kansas State University, where I combined my love for art with my fascination for the fashion industry. After college, I had the opportunity to participate in Macy's Store Management Executive Development Program (EDP), where I gained hands-on experience and honed my business skills to oversee a multi-million dollar retail business. Throughout the EDP, I rotated through four unique store management positions, allowing me to develop my customer service, team leadership, and sales skills, as well as gain experience in visual merchandising, fulfillment operations, and human resources management. I also analyzed trends, identified business opportunities, and executed strategies to drive sales growth. My experience with Macy's has given me a keen eye for identifying business-driving opportunities and creating customer-focused selling environments that drive sales and profits. I'm proud to be part of the Macy's family, and I'm excited about the future of retail. Through my work, I've been able to express my creativity and passion for fashion, while also growing as a professional. Thank you for taking the time to visit my personal page, and I look forward to connecting with you soon! |
